1Definitions

In these Terms, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

"jilib" or the "Platform"

The online gaming website and associated services operated at jilib.asia and any subdomains thereof.

"Account"

The personal gaming account registered by an individual Player on the jilib platform.

"Player" / "User"

Any individual who has registered an Account on jilib and uses the Platform for gaming purposes.

"Funds" / "Balance"

The Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) monetary amount held in a Player's jilib Account, consisting of deposited funds and/or credited winnings.

"Bonus"

Any promotional credit, free spin award, cashback, or other non-cash incentive offered by jilib to Players subject to applicable wagering requirements.

"Real Money Wager"

Any bet placed using real deposited funds or eligible bonus funds from a Player's Account balance.

"PAGCOR"

The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body responsible for overseeing gaming activities in the Republic of the Philippines.

"KYC"

Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required of all Players before real-money withdrawals are processed.

"Prohibited Jurisdiction"

Any country, region, or territory from which access to or use of jilib is restricted or prohibited by applicable law or jilib's internal compliance policies.

2Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By clicking "Register", "Sign Up", "Log In", or otherwise accessing or using the jilib platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with jilib's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.2 These Terms apply to all forms of use of the jilib platform, including but not limited to browsing, registering an Account, depositing funds, participating in games, claiming bonuses, and withdrawing winnings.

2.3 jilib reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2.4 These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026. The current version supersedes all prior versions.

3Eligibility & Registration

3.1 To register an Account on jilib, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a natural person (corporate registrations are not permitted);
• Be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by law;
• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and email address;
• Not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of jilib or any of its affiliated partner studios or service providers;
• Not be self-excluded from gaming or otherwise prohibited from participating in gambling activities under any applicable law, regulation, or court order.

3.2 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on jilib. The existence of multiple Accounts associated with the same person — whether identified by name, address, device, payment method, or other identifying information — is a violation of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.

3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. jilib will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials. You must notify jilib immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

3.4 jilib reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any Account at its sole discretion, without obligation to disclose the reason for such refusal or closure.

4Account Management

4.1 Account Verification (KYC): jilib is required by PAGCOR and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations to verify the identity and age of all Players. You must submit valid Philippine government-issued identification (e.g., SSS card, PhilHealth ID, Passport, or driver's licence) and a recent selfie when requested. Withdrawal requests will not be processed for unverified Accounts.

4.2 Account Currency: All Accounts on jilib are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jilib does not support multi-currency Accounts. All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are recorded and processed in PHP.

4.3 Inactive Accounts: An Account that has not been accessed for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. jilib will notify you via your registered email address prior to applying any dormancy administrative fees, which shall not exceed the Account balance. Dormancy fees will not apply where a positive balance exists and the Player provides valid reasons for inactivity upon request.

4.4 Account Closure: You may close your Account at any time by contacting jilib customer support. Upon Account closure, any remaining balance (after satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method within ten (10) business days.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods: jilib accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

5.2 Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jilib does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Players will be processed within the following timeframes: GCash and Maya — within five (5) minutes after approval; QR Ph — within thirty (30) minutes; BPI, BDO, and Metrobank — within one (1) to two (2) business days. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.

5.4 Withdrawal to Source: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the relevant deposit, wherever technically possible and required under applicable AML compliance procedures. jilib reserves the right to require additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests exceeding ₱50,000.

5.5 Incomplete Wagering: Funds derived from active bonuses that have not met applicable wagering requirements may not be withdrawn. Attempted withdrawal of such funds may result in the forfeiture of the associated bonus amount.

5.6 Refused Transactions: jilib reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit or withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, jilib may be required to report the transaction to relevant authorities in accordance with Philippine AML legislation.

6Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 jilib may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin credits, cashback promotions, VIP rewards, and other incentives ("Bonuses") from time to time. Each Bonus is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time of the offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise specified, Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each Bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. For example, a Bonus with a 30× wagering requirement and a ₱500 Bonus value requires ₱15,000 in eligible bets to be placed before the Bonus balance is released.

6.3 Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, progressive jackpot slots, and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates for each game type are published in the applicable Bonus terms.

6.4 Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed Bonuses and Bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will expire as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired Bonus funds will be removed from the Player's Account without compensation.

6.5 jilib reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Bonus or promotional offer at any time. Players who have already claimed a Bonus at the time of modification will be subject to the terms applicable at the time of the claim.

6.6 Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. Any attempt to abuse Bonus systems through techniques such as arbitrage, matched betting across multiple Accounts, or coordinated exploitation constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of Bonus funds.

7Gameplay Rules & Fairness

7.1 All games available on jilib — whether live dealer table games, slot titles, bingo rooms, or fishing arcade games — are operated in accordance with the game-specific rules published within the Platform. In the event of a conflict between a Player's understanding of a game rule and the published rules, the published rules shall prevail.

7.2 Random Number Generation: All software-based (non-live) games on jilib use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. jilib's RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognised third-party testing laboratories. The outcomes of all RNG-based games are entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.

7.3 Live Casino: Live casino games are operated by real, professional dealers in licensed studio environments. The results of live dealer games are determined by physical means (cards, roulette balls, dice) observable in real time via HD video stream.

7.4 Game Malfunctions: In the event of a software malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that affects the outcome of a game, jilib reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the Player's Account. The decision of jilib's technical team in such matters is final.

7.5 Bets Placed in Error: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Players are responsible for reviewing all bet details before confirmation.

8Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilib Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Registering or operating more than one Account;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or other criminal activity through the Platform;
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any automated means to interact with games or the Platform;
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in games for profit without promptly reporting them to jilib;
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Accessing the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive behaviour toward other Players, dealers, or jilib staff;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the underlying source code of the Platform or any game;
• Sharing Account credentials with third parties or permitting any other person to use your Account.

8.2 Detection of any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of the Account, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement agencies where applicable.

9Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the jilib Platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, trademarks, game sounds, user interface elements, text, and database compilations — is the proprietary intellectual property of jilib or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to reproduction, distribution, public display, modification, or creation of derivative works from any Platform content.

9.3 The jilib name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of jilib. Unauthorised use of these marks in any medium is strictly prohibited.

10Limitation of Liability

10.1 The jilib Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While jilib takes reasonable steps to ensure continuous Platform availability and accurate game outcomes, jilib makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding uninterrupted access, freedom from errors, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilib shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, winnings, anticipated savings, business opportunity, data, or goodwill;
• Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain Account security;
• Interruptions to service caused by factors outside jilib's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider failures, network congestion, force majeure events, or acts of government authority.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes jilib's liability for death or personal injury caused by jilib's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by jilib.

11Privacy & Data

11.1 The collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal data by jilib is governed by the jilib Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the binding agreement between you and jilib.

11.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the sharing of data with PAGCOR and other regulatory bodies where required by law.

11.3 jilib complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and all relevant implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission.

12Responsible Gaming

12.1 jilib is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. The following tools are available to all registered Players in their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account;
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts when you have been playing for a specified duration;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days) without closing the Account;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the jilib Platform. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for its minimum term of six (6) months and will be extended upon request.

12.2 Underage Gambling Prevention: jilib employs mandatory age verification for all Accounts and uses technical and procedural safeguards to prevent access by persons under 21. If you become aware of a minor attempting to use or using the jilib Platform, contact jilib support immediately.

13Suspension & Termination

13.1 jilib reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at any time and without prior notice where jilib has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Player's Account is involved in fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity;
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players;
• Required KYC documentation has not been provided within the timeframe requested.

13.2 Upon suspension or termination for cause, jilib may withhold balances pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, jilib reserves the right to forfeit the balance in whole or in part. Players will be notified of the outcome of any investigation via their registered email address.

13.3 Where an Account is terminated without cause by jilib (i.e., at jilib's commercial discretion and not as a result of Player misconduct), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's nominated withdrawal method within ten (10) business days.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

14.2 Any dispute between you and jilib arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to jilib's internal dispute resolution process. You may raise a dispute by contacting jilib customer support. jilib will acknowledge receipt of the dispute within two (2) business days and aim to resolve it within fourteen (14) business days.

14.3 Disputes that cannot be resolved through jilib's internal process may be referred to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution mechanism. The decisions of PAGCOR's adjudicatory body shall be binding on jilib and the Player in respect of matters within PAGCOR's jurisdiction.

14.4 To the extent that any dispute is not resolved through the above processes, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

15Amendments to These Terms

15.1 jilib reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jilib will provide reasonable notice to Players via email to their registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

15.2 Your continued use of the jilib Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 4.4.

15.3 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are familiar with the current version. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document.
