12Children & Minors
๐ Under-21 Access Prohibited: jilib is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above in accordance with PAGCOR regulations. jilib does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21.
12.1 jilib applies mandatory age verification (KYC) to all Account registrations. Where jilib discovers or is notified that a person under 21 years of age has registered an Account, the Account will be suspended immediately, all associated funds will be frozen pending investigation, and the personal data of the minor will be deleted as soon as practicable and lawfully permissible.
